Busy safety managers can quickly identify hazards, assess risks and communicate work instructions to workers thanks to a web app developed by Rillea Technologies. The company works with
manufacturers, labs, schools and hospitals to ensure workplace safety. It’s a graduate from Queen’s University’s Partnerships and Innovation acceleration and mentorship programs that help entrepreneurs advance their ideas and accelerate the growth of their companies.

Queen’s works closely with many regional partners, including St. Lawrence College, the Kingston Economic Development Corporation and Invest Ottawa to strengthen the regional innovation ecosystem and accelerate the growth of start-ups and SMEs in Eastern Ontario.
