With K-12 students across Ontario continuing their studies at home, many teachers are looking for training opportunities in digital learning.
To support these educators, Ontario Tech University researchers at the STEAM3D Maker Lab are offering upskilling opportunities for teachers where they can learn new skills and technologies to enhance virtual learning for their students.
Using the Google Meet video-conferencing platform, educators can explore virtual maker tools in three areas – coding, 3-D spaces and gaming – to integrate into their own teaching practices.
