Helping students scale-up their technology start-ups
Share this story

Ontario will need fresh ideas to drive technology-based solutions in key industries, such as health care, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. To help students develop their entrepreneurship skills and drive innovation, Carleton University’s Innovation Hub is partnering with Canadian start-up accelerator L-SPARK.

Through the partnership, students will have access to networking, mentorship and career development opportunities with industry experts, as well as gain hands-on learning experience that will help scale-up their technology start-ups and bring new Ontario-made solutions to market faster.

“For L-SPARK, it provides access to talent and entrepreneurially-minded graduates who can apply their leadership and communication skills, in addition to their technical skills, to address global opportunities.”
