“We wanted to meet the needs of physicians and patients by collaborating on a solution that addresses access and inclusiveness for a diverse population.”

Informing communities about self-isolation protocols during COVID-19

To support people who may have been assessed for COVID-19 and/or are in self-isolation, the Health Design Studio at OCAD University has created a self-management and self-isolation hand-out, each in a variety of languages.

The easy-to-understand tools are based on current guidelines, and are editable for hospitals and clinics to adapt to changing local needs.

They are updated daily and in collaboration with frontline physicians, helping health-care workers ensure the community understands the risks, guidelines and physical distancing protocols. For more information, visit OCAD University.
