“As members of the university community start returning to buildings, they will notice differences, with the new measures designed to protect the health and safety of the community while enabling the resumption of campus activities.”

Keeping students safe on campus this fall

To prepare for a gradual return to campus life this fall, the University of Toronto is implementing health and safety measure that will keep students and faculty safe, including signs and sanitizer stations by elevators, shrink-wrapped desks and chairs that indicate where students can, or can’t, sit and mandatory masking in publicly accessible spaces.

In addition, more than 90 per cent of the university’s undergraduate courses will have an online delivery option.
