McMaster University researchers are starting a new project to re-envision bus service with transit provider Hamilton Street Railway (HSR). HSR will work alongside the world-class researchers at McMaster to engage with customers and other key stakeholders to broadly assess Hamilton’s transit network. The project aims to better understand what customers want and need from their transit service and will ultimately bring forward suggestions for reconfiguring the transit network across the city.
