As hand sanitizer and disinfectant products across Canada remain in high demand, Ontario distilleries have quickly shifted from producing spirits to sanitizers.

Dillon’s Small Batch Distillers, owned by Western University alumnus Geoff Dillon, pivoted his business from producing vodka and gin to making ethanol sanitizer for surfaces and hand sanitizer for frontline workers.

His team has already shipped 18,500 bottles, with another 10,000 in production, across Ontario, as far as Kingston and Ottawa.
