To help employees better manage the changes COVID-19 has brought to their day-to-day lives, York University is offering weekly resources to faculty and staff to help support their health, wellness and personal well-being.
The introduction of “Wellness Wednesdays” is helping keep mental health and wellness top of mind by sharing interesting, helpful and relevant health and wellness information, including expert links, videos, tips and resources with faculty, staff and their families so they can stay healthy and strong during this difficult and stressful time.
