Helping children mitigate physical, mental health impacts of COVID-19

To help mitigate the physical and mental health impacts of the pandemic for children, researchers at Nipissing University are working with community partners to explore behaviours, such as diet, exercise and sleep habits in order to help families develop and reach their health goals.

The project aims not only to investigate what resources parents have on hand to cope with the pandemic, but also what resources are needed to help support their children.
