Supporting Indigenous Students Through Culturally Relevant Counselling

To help address challenges faced by Indigenous students and learners and provide support, the First Peoples House of Learning at Trent University is offering culturally relevant counselling.

Through one-on-one drop-in or appointment-based sessions, counsellors prioritize the well-being of students by working with them to help foster healing through capacity-building, processing feelings and connecting to self in a safe and compassionate environment.
