Supporting staff and faculty mental health virtually

With self-isolation and physical distancing measures in place during COVID-19, some are experiencing mental health and wellness challenges. In response, the University of Windsor is hosting webinars to promote mental health among faculty and staff.

In partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association Windsor-Essex County Branch, the university is offering 30-minute video conferencing sessions via Zoom twice a day, followed by a question-and-answer period.

The webinars will offer helpful tips and strategies for managing stress and anxiety, dealing with isolation and loneliness and maintaining work-life balance during COVID-19.
