‘Talking Shots’ to address vaccine disinformation

Addressing vaccine disinformation is critical to ensuring all Ontarians have the information they need to make an informed decision about getting vaccinated.

Working with health sciences experts, the University of Toronto launched a three-part video series called ‘Talking Shots’ to answer common questions around vaccine safety. The goal of the series is to encourage more residents to get vaccinated and reduce vaccine hesitancy. The series covers topics such as vaccine efficacy against variants and the risks and benefits of getting vaccinated.

By sharing the series across social media, the videos have reached over 1,000 views, helping inform public awareness about the COVID-19 vaccine.
