To ensure students have access to services that support academic success and well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic, York University is offering virtual student counselling and development services through a confidential telephone/video platform.

This resource offers both one-on-one appointments with a counsellor as well as emergency support to help students realize, develop, and fulfill their personal potential, benefit from their university experience and manage the challenges of university life.

A resource list of additional counselling and crisis management services, such as Good2Talk and other community mental health services, is also offered online to ensure students can access services that fit their unique needs.
