To provide a safe and welcoming environment for first-year students, while helping them meet new friends and forge new connections, Lakehead University is offering both in-person and virtual orientation events at their Thunder Bay and Orillia campuses.
Some of these events include guided virtual campus tours with student leaders, an in-person welcome event with the President, virtual information sessions for international students and outdoor scavenger hunts.
Through hybrid learning, first-year students have the opportunity to enjoy both the excitement of orientation and meeting new friends.
